Return & Exchange Policy To ensure your convenience, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, which includes the following:
  • Timeframe: You may return purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Original Receipt: Please keep the receipt to facilitate the return process.
  • Defective Products: If a manufacturing defect is found, the product will be replaced immediately with the same item, along with a discount on delivery charges.
Online Store Policy If a customer wishes to return or exchange products, or cancel an order that is still “in delivery”, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting a delivery fee of 30. Exceptions Products purchased using discount coupons or promotional codes are not eligible for return. Warranty Policy We cover the full cost of returns in the following cases, provided no more than 30 days have passed since receiving the order:
  • The product is damaged.
  • The order contains additional unpaid products.
  • The received product is different from the order.
  • The order arrived incomplete.
