• Original Receipt: Please keep the receipt to facilitate the return process.
• Defective Products: If a manufacturing defect is found, the product will be replaced immediately with the same item, along with a discount on delivery charges.

Online Store Policy If a customer wishes to return or exchange products, or cancel an order that is still “in delivery”, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting a delivery fee of 30.
